HOW TO BOOK FOR COVID-19 VACCINATION
If you are having difficulty booking your Pfizer XBB1.5 vaccination please read the following instructions.
It is preferable that all bookings are done via our website.
Bookings open for:
Pfizer (XBB1.5) aged 5+
Pfizer booster (XBB1.5) for aged 5 to 11 (immunocompromised)
Pfizer (XBB1.5) booster 12+
Who is eligible for a 3rd dose of Covid19 vaccine?
Everyone aged 12-17
Aged 5-11
- immunocompromised
- have a disability with significant or complex health needs
- have severe, complex, or multiple health conditions that increase the risk of severe COVID-19.
Who is eligible for a BOOSTER of Covid19 vaccine?
Everyone aged 18 and above
(given 6 months after the last dose or 6 months after a covid19 infection)
Aged 16-17
- immunocompromised
- have a disability with significant or complex health needs
- have severe, complex, or multiple health conditions that increase the risk of severe COVID-19.
(given 6 months after the last dose or 6 months after a covid19 infection)
HOW TO BOOK A PFIZER VACCINE
STEP 1:
COVID-19 VACCINATIONS
CLICK General Practice DROP DOWN BOX and CHANGE to NURSE PRACTICE
STEP 2:
CLICK All Practitioners DROP DOWN BOX
If adult leave as All practitioners (can be booked with Melissa or Debbie)
If 5yo child for initial course CHANGE to: Nurse Debbie.
STEP 3:
CHOOSE A TIME

Follow the prompts and choose your appointment type and enter your details to complete your appointment. (First Dose, Second Dose or Booster)
STEP 5:
If you are booking a First Dose - don't forget to book your Second Dose too.
