PHONE CONSULTATIONS for existing patients

Medicare rebatable phone consultations are available to our existing patients who have attended in person in the last 12months.

When booking please choose "Telehealth consult" as appointment type. 

From October 1st 2020, the government have reduced their financial support for telehealth consultations. As a privately billing medical clinic, with the purpose of providing a high quality sustainable medical service, all booked telehealth consultations will now incur our usual private fee. 

From August 22nd 2023 the consultation fees for booked phone consultations are:

Please note as per Medicare regulations initial Mental Health Care plans are not available for phone consultations.
